Faire bouillir le lait avec le sucre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br \/>\n2. Allumer le bas du four.<br \/>\n3. Battez les \u0153ufs en omelette dans un saladier. Incorporez-y petit \u00e0 petit le lait bouillant sans cesser de battre avec un fouet.<br \/>\n4. Versez ensuite dans un plat. D\u00e9posez-le sur la plaque creuse du four contenant un peu d&rsquo;eau. Faire cuire <strong>20 minutes \u00e0 four chaud <\/strong>(thermostat 6\/7). Ne pas laisser bouillir sinon la cr\u00e8me se d\u00e9composerait.
