{"id":146,"date":"2015-12-26T11:53:50","date_gmt":"2015-12-26T10:53:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/plats.pasnet.fr\/?p=146"},"modified":"2023-01-30T14:18:42","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T13:18:42","slug":"la-walala-de-mamie-jo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plats.pasnet.fr\/?p=146","title":{"rendered":"Le walala de Mamie Jo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A la demande de Fran\u00e7ois, en ce lendemain de No\u00ebl, friand de ce dessert, voici la recette du walala.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200 gr de sucre<br \/>\n150 gr de farine<br \/>\n1 verre d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n1 paquet de levure<br \/>\n4 \u0153ufs<br \/>\nsel<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer sucre, farine et levure.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les \u0153ufs&nbsp; entiers 1 \u00e0 1.<\/p>\n<p>Puis l&rsquo;huile et le parfum (vanille, chocolat, &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Four moyen 200\u00b0 pendant 1 demi-heure ou &#8230; plus.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9galer Mamie Jo, le g\u00e2teau doit gonfler et rester \u00e9pais. Il semble que la chaleur tournante n&rsquo;est pas indiqu\u00e9e ce qui expliquerait qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;affaisse (point de pens\u00e9es vulgaires).
